It inspires us GEMPL (Greaves Electric Mobility Private Limited) to see that E-Mobility changemakers now have the option to book an Ampere vehicle at the click of an icon or purchase our branded merchandise. Through our website E-commerce channel, we have enabled the procurement of our branded merchandise to customers across selected states in India. This enables us to provide superior and seamless consumer and brand experience through Sales, Service, Support and Consumer connect activities.
Please note in the case of a refund requested by a customer against a purchase completed via the e-commerce channel deployed on our website ampere.greaveselectricmobility.com alone, Ampere will address the customer's concern and heed to the request if and only if deemed legitimate by the Ampere.
In the case of failed transactions during a payment process, if an amount has been deducted from the customer's account the same will be handled and returned to the customer by the payment gateway provider Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. Please note Ampere or GEMPL will not be liable to address any concerns with relevance to failure in capture of payment by the payment gateway, leading to unsuccessful completion of the order.
In case of any refund, customer needs to raise request within 7 days from the date of deliver of the Product / item. We are happy to exchange an item / product for you, based on sizing issues or a manufacturing defect.
Kindly note that once order is picked from the customer, it will usually take approximately 5 (five) working days for the refund to be processed.
